We serve a prime cut of beef, prepared to the original specifications. It truly is the only authentic Delmonico Steak served in the United States. Other innovative creations are Eggs Benedict, Baked Alaska, Lobster Newburg and Chicken A la Keene. These dishes remain on the Delmonico’s menu today.
